On Tuesday, Russell Brand filed the last documents for his breakup from Katy Perry that will be officially completed in June, based on TMZ. Plus the site reviews something that’s not too surprising for people they like to think Brand truly is the excellent, if slightly nutty, guy he seems to be in public: He’s not claiming community property rights, which may entitle him to around $20 million, one half of Perry’s earnings when they were married.

“This breakup is as manageable as it gets, and Russell was a mensch,” TMZ’s unknown source says.
Although this is the type of breakup story that warms our hearts (kind of), there’s still a great deal of other gossip concerning the former couple’s love lives. In the Super Bowl, Katy appeared to be poking fun at the gossips of her starting up with Tim Tebow, dedicating her song “Peacock” to him during her pre-game concert. Now, the U.K’s OK! Magazine is claiming that Russell has been sending “flirty” texts to newly divorced Katy Perry doppelganger Zooey Deschanel. Hey, the brand new Girl star was our recommendations for him, too!
